History

Care In Our Hands is an award winning, family run business, specialising in providing high-quality domiciliary care amongst our community. We commit to providing quality professional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independent living, giving our clients choice and support to remain in their homes for as long as possible. 

 

Our director and senior management have over 10 years combined experience and extensive knowledge of adult domiciliary care. This wealth of knowledge ensures that we draw from past experience and knowledge to provide the best services. 

 

Our director is passionate about adopting partnership-based approaches as it improves the efficiency of the services delivered to our clients and is a vital component of their livelihood.  

 

Care In Our Hands’ services are underpinned by a person-centred approach, focusing on the individual client’s needs, wants, desires and goals to ensure the individual remains central to their care and support.

  • Provide a service with a friendly, caring and compassionate approach,

  • Provide appropriately trained and skilled staff that fit each individual client’s needs, 

  • Provide continuity of care where possible,

  • Always respect the dignity and privacy of all our clients.

Our services

We provide care and support packages ranging from 1 hour to 37+ per week over 7 days a week. We provide a full personalised care package to match the needs of each individual. 

We offer friendly and professional domicile care services, designed to assist with personal care and everyday tasks at home. 

Our carers help with, but are not limited to: 

  • Personal care,

  • Meal preparation

  • Medication administering,

  • Hygiene assistance, 

  • Dressing and undressing, 

  • Morning and bedtime routine,

  • Shopping assistance, 

  • Domestic cleaning,

  • Companionship visits.

 

 

All care is personalised around the client and their circumstances. All clients are assisted on making their own decisions and choices about their daily care and support
